Adeola Dada

Adeola is an experienced project manager with 20 years experience of managing projects particularly in the education and regeneration spheres - delivering complex fast track projects on time and within budget. Her philosophy is to build effective working relationships and engender creative team environments.

She has a particular passion for helping teams to appreciate their contribution to the effective management of risks and has successfully combined this with her facilitation skills to run risk management workshops that are fully participative.

She is known for her tremendous ability to remain cool and calm in the toughest of circumstances, for her high energy, and sense of fun.
