Carolyn Graham
Carolyn is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited mediator working cross sector as mediator, trainer, facilitator and consultant. She regularly mediates in commercial, employment, workplace and community disputes and is on the mediation panels of ADRChambers, The Association of Cambridge Mediators, CEDR, EDSL (Effective Dispute Solutions Ltd) and Consensio.
Carolyn delivers a wide range of training, seminar and workshop activities in mediation, dispute resolution and conflict management. As a practising mediator and an experienced senior manager, she is able to draw on real life case studies that help bring the training ‘to life' and facilitates high levels of group interaction, believing strongly in the effectiveness of individuals learning from one another.

Organisations and sectors worked with include local and central Government, Banking, Insurance, the NHS, Higher Education, Arts and Entertainment and Charities.
Carolyn previously worked for over 25 years in the Arts & Entertainment industry, working in both the commercial and not for profit sectors and including 14 years at London's Southbank Centre, with the management of people, of contracts, of relationship and of finance central to all of her roles. Areas of particular experience include budgeting and financial management; organisational development and change management; union/employee negotiations; internal/external stakeholder liaison and all aspects of staff management.
