David Goodman

History and experience

Following an international career in Israel, Peru and England, where David held senior positions in a number of organisations, David has over 30 years' experience as a coach, consultant and trainer focussing on enhancing performance and productivity with individuals, teams and organisations.

A qualified fitness coach, David draws on his competitive sporting background to create meaningful analogies to help managers at all levels address their challenges with confidence. David specialises in the Management Ladder, creating strong leadership at all levels. 

David holds an MBA in Leadership and Management and spent a number of years as an officer in the military. He was Chairman of a local charity and a member of a leadership think-tank. David can often be found at the local gym pumping iron doing his best to regain his youth!

Training style

David works in a collaborative manner drawing all course participants into the training arena. He particularly enjoys reflecting on current leadership challenges whether in the corporate, political or sporting world to use as both positive and negative examples to reinforce learning.

David has had extensive experience with private companies, public organisations and the charity sector. Based on his experience, David has found that the most successful companies distribute leadership at all levels and that this has a direct impact on performance and productivity.

Courses

A qualified NLP practitioner, David coaches' leaders at all levels; delivers stimulating lunch-time/twilight seminars and leads strategic planning awaydays. David is available to work with you and your organisation in enhancing performance and increasing productivity, implementing company change and customising courses using the same tools and techniques you will experience on a course at the Centre.
