Fiona Russell

Fiona is an experienced trainer working with individuals and groups to develop management skills and personal effectiveness She combines training with project management consultancy.

Her interests include facilitating individuals and groups to develop their communication skills, personal awareness and confidence to achieve their organisation's aims. She has experience of training online as well as in person.

Her experience in the BBC involved programmes aimed at small and medium business, career and personal development. She project managed multi-media campaigns on radio, TV and online. Fiona set up and managed teams located across the UK to promote stronger partnerships with business groups and local communities. Prior to this, she managed BBC Corporate Recruitment liaising with education and community groups.
