Hilary Gee

Hilary is an experienced and highly effective Executive Coach, Leadership and Teamworking Skills trainer, Change Facilitator and Consultant.  He inspires people to learn and change through highly interactive and tailored interventions, which clients find practical, supportive and stretching.

Prior to going freelance in 2003, Hilary held roles in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors, including as Operations and General Manager.  He holds a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute and is a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is qualified to facilitate various emotional intelligence/psychometric assessments.  He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and MA (Cantab) from Cambridge in Languages and Social Psychology. He is also a school governor and father of 3 boys - both roles continue to stretch him to learn and change.
