Jane Esuantsiwa Goldsmith
Jane works in diversity, gender issues, ethnicity, education, aid and development, violence against women, rural issues, and equal opportunities. She is a trained teacher and has taught in schools in Africa and in the UK. She works at local, national and international levels, and travels widely, organising, attending and speaking at international events in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. She has worked as a VSO teacher in Tanzania, and with the World University Service on refugee education.Jane works with voluntary and academic institutions in the UK, Europe and Africa, specialising in management development, communication skills, facilitation, training, strategic planning, research and public speaking. She has worked with over sixty not-for profit organisations, and has developed dynamic, experiential, participatory, energising techniques with and for her clients in the course of her work.
