JJ is a highly experienced trainer and motivational speaker, having worked in the field of leadership and management for the past twenty years. He specialises in motivational leadership, people development and organisational change. He has a Masters degree in Leadership and Management.

JJ has trained, coached and consulted in a wide range of sectors including energy, retail, recruitment, media, ICT, and various government bodies in the public sector. He has worked with delegates at CEO and Managing Director level to delegates at a supervisory management level.
