John Burnell

John is a leading Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and previously a member of the British Psychological Society. He ran his own HR consultancy for seventeen years, where he worked with a large number voluntary and public sector bodies, providing a full range of personnel management services. Formerly the director of personnel at two large housing associations, he has also worked in the public sector both as a senior officer and as an elected Councillor.
