Lucy Whitehall

History and experience

Lucy offers a wealth of experience and knowledge in employee wellbeing, employee engagement and human resources. Her work supporting clients is achieved through training, consultancy and one to one coaching.

Lucy provides advice and consultation to HR Directors, CEOs and Boards on best practice employee wellbeing and people strategy. With a special interest in positive psychology, neuroscience and behavior change, Lucy is dedicated to a holistic approach to personal wellbeing.

Prior to launching her business, Lucy worked with commercial and third sectors creating wellbeing strategies designed to help employees flourish and businesses succeed. Lucy also delivered practical people solutions in HR business partner, HR project manager and employee engagement roles. 17 years of business development experience with large corporate businesses has given Lucy a deep appreciation for getting the best out of people in pressured environments.

Lucy holds a BSc in Life Sciences and a Masters in HR Management. She is a CIPD member and in 2015 completed her initial training to teach mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR). In 2016 Lucy embarked on a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is MCIPD qualified. 

Additionally, Lucy enjoys volunteering for her local homeless shelter, working with the mental health charity MIND on their workplace wellbeing initiatives and being a verifier for the London Healthy Workplace Charter.

Lucy’s clients include charities, benevolent associations, commercial businesses and public sector organisations.

Lucy creates an engaging environment of collaboration, support and trust during her workshops. Lucy is inclusive and curious which enables delegates to relax and immerse themselves in experiential learning.
