Martha Clarke

History and Experience

Martha Clarke is a highly experienced and well qualified trainer, coach, facilitator and workplace mediator working in the public and corporate sectors, in the UK and overseas. Her current area of expertise follows a successful and rewarding 20 year career in journalism and communications, where she worked as a broadcaster and Director of Communications in the field of International Development.

Martha has a first class degree in Psychology and a Masters Diploma in Organisational Psychology from the University of London. As well as a Coaching Diploma accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC).

Clients

Martha has worked for many years in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors with clients ranging from universities, banks, and major retailers; from the NHS to trade unions. She also works globally and delivered leadership training in Warsaw and a highly successful Conflict, Stress and Mindfulness course for a group of African women leaders.

Martha brings her unparalleled communications experience, her first-hand knowledge of global conflict and a sound academic background in psychology to her work. She adopts a dedicated, objective and patient approach to training, focussing on change dynamics and sustainable learning. Martha’s unique coaching style allows her to give constructive and timely feedback to all her delegates.

She has successfully mediated group and individual conflicts and offers coaching in leadership and career development.
