Pam Henry

Pam heads up our specialist unit, diversity@the-centre.  She has developed all our diversity training programmes and has recently undertaken equality audits and other consultancy for WEA, Hammersmith and Fulham Council, EHRC and Royal College of Art. 

Pam's other specialism is in devising and delivering training programmes, qualifications, frameworks and assessment strategies. She also has experience of National Occupational Standard reviews and quality assurance systems.

She has extensive employment and consultancy experience, having spent seven years as a local Community Development Manager and six years in the role of head of training for a national organisation. Pam has also held positions of both external and lead verifier for an international institute and representation on national and government panels and consultation working groups respectively.
