Roma Sojitra

Roma is the Centre's Customer Experience Manager. She deals with all aspects of the client experience on the Open Programme, as well as the Centre's office management, including the hiring of our training rooms for events, all combining to make a pleasant experience for all delegates.

Although Roma has worked at the Centre for nearly two years, she is fairly new to this role and enjoys it thoroughly, as she has direct contact with each client who walks through the door. She comes from a background within the retail sector, and in her spare time she can be found studying for her ACCA Accounting degree.
