Simon Horton

Simon started his career as a management consultant, primarily working in the finance sector with clients such as NatWest and Legal & General.

For the last 10 years, though, he has specialised in training in the fields of Negotiating, Influencing, Leadership and Management Skills, working with major blue-chip corporates, charities, government departments and other public sector bodies. He is also a Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art, University of London and presents regularly at the NLP Conference.

He is involved in a lot of charity work including teaching self-development classes for schools in India and organising a sponsored cycle ride in Uganda, raising £35,000 for an African charity. He is also a trustee of AID2, a charity that helps other charities be more efficient.

He has just completed his first book, Negotiation Mastery, which will be available in the shops soon.
