Consultancy

We have three specialist consultancy units:

communication@the-centre   – staffed by our communication experts, this team can help you write a speech, undertake a communications audit, refresh your brand identiy or develop a media strategy.

diversity@the-centre   – we have brought together a team of associates with wide experience in diversity consultancy and management within the public sector.  They can help you develop your equality and diversity work including equality schemes, using the Equality Framework

management@the-centre  - our management consultancy, offering support with strategic planning, change management, and operational review.  We also have a specialist team consultant who works teams who need building or unblocking.  

Events
