Why choose a CPD accredited course?
Our aim here at the Centre is to provide people with the tools that they need to build their skills and confidence, which is why we’re pleased to say that we now offer a range of courses that have been accredited by the CPD Certification Service. The Service are dedicated to help enable opportunities that develop and enhance learning abilities.
We now offer 19 courses that have been accredited by the CPD Certification Service, including Project management, Assertiveness skills and our Management ladder programme. Whether you attend an accredited course at our training suite in central London or one delivered at your office, you are able to claim CPD hours which track your skills, knowledge and experience that you gain from the courses you attend. It’s a record of what you experience, learn and then apply.
What is CPD?
“Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive.”
For a course to be CPD accredited, the learning activity and course content has had to have reached the required standards and benchmarks. The learning value of each course has been assessed to ensure the highest quality, which is recognised by organisations across the UK.
How will it benefit me?
When you participate in a CPD training course, your academic and professional qualifications that you gained do not become out-dated. This means that you can continually ‘up-skill’ and ‘re-skill’ yourself, regardless of age, occupation or educational level.
