Immigration Advisory Service (IAS)
The Immigration Advisory Service (IAS) is the UK’s largest charity providing representation and advice in immigration and asylum law.
The Centre has worked with IAS for a number of years on a wide range of projects. Most recently we have developed and run a specially tailored training programme for them on customer service, designed to help their front line staff meet the challenges posed by clients who are often anxious and afraid, with warmth and efficiency, while managing expectations and maintaining professionalism at all times.
