Independent Police Complaints Commission

The job of the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) is to make sure that complaints against the police are dealt with effectively. They set standards for the way the police handle complaints and, when something has gone wrong, they help the police learn lessons and improve the way they work.

Clearly with these responsibilities, it is crucial that the organisation’s team take good minutes of meetings.  They called the Centre in to run a programme of minutes training.
