Network Housing Group

The Centre helped Network Housing Group to develop a group-wide public relations strategy.   

There are 7 members of the group - Stadium HA, Riversmead, Community Trust Housing, Willow Housing and Care, London Strategic Housing, Mitali Housing Association and Solon Community Network.  The Group had developed its Corporate Plan and now needed a complementary Group-wide communications strategy to provide a sturdy framework for communication. 

We helped them develop a plan to improve communication with residents, staff and strategic partners.  It included positioning, communication products, building up media work, enhancing internal communications and developing corporate ambassadors.
