Northumbria University brought the Centre in 5 years ago to help them develop their thinking on their Dignity at Work, anti-harassment and anti bullying policy.  Since then we have run an annual cycle of training courses for new managers – looking at creating a positive working environment, recognising and tackling bullying and harassment, and undertaking an investigation.  This ensures that managers understand the policy and their role in it, and feel more confident about dealing with difficult behaviour.
