Royal College of Art

For the past 3 years, the Centre has worked with the Royal College of Art to run a summer school for their administrative and academic staff.  The courses we have developed and run for them have included Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, Appraisals, Customer Care, Taking and Writing Minutes and Assertiveness training.
