Facilitating team awaydays – making the most of time out

An awayday can be a precious opportunity to get your team together, away from the hurly burly of everyday work, to explore new ideas, wrestle with old problems and plan for the future. It's also a great time to have fun and get to know each other better.

The Centre has a number of experienced facilitators who can help you get the best out of your awayday. They will generate the right environment, tailored to your needs, and help you stay focused. Where you need help with establishing vision and direction, we will help you prioritise the way ahead as well as providing opportunities to get your creative juices flowing.  Where there are tricky issues that need bringing to the surface, we will help you deal with these positively and in a safe atmosphere.
