Diversity planning
Course summary
How you plan for diversity can often depend on what the initial driver is for drawing up a plan in the first place. Perhaps a review of your polices and practices has prompted you to develop a diversity strategy, maybe you are acting in response to feedback from staff questionnaires or surveys or stakeholder reviews, sometimes it can be external standards, regulations or compliance reports, at other times it is funders' requirements. It may be that your organisation simply feels diversity is good for business!
Whatever the reason, relax, this training course will help. Good planning can help you deliver an inclusive and effective diversity plan - which can be used as a tool to bring about change and implement new policies to benefit your organisation.
