Course summary
Thinking and planning more strategically is important for everyone these days. Suitable for anyone facing a strategic challenge, this course will help you get started by giving you some useful concepts, frameworks and tools you can use right away to improve your plans, products or services. There will be a focus on understanding where you are now, creating a clear vision of where you want to get to, what you have to do to get there, and thinking about impact.
This one day, practical course will give you a good grounding in the strategic thinking necessary to develop and implement your own strategic plan and help your organisation achieve impact.
