The right training for your people

We are experts in tailoring our courses to clients’ exact needs. We can develop or adapt any of our Open Programme training courses to ensure your delegates get the level of training they require. We can also develop new bespoke courses to your specification - just tell us which in-company course you are interested in.

In-company training is great value for money and can cost as little as £80 per person.

We take the time to understand your brief. We carefully select the most appropriate trainer or facilitator who will contact you in advance to discuss course objectives and content.  We will work with your policies, protocol and documentation so that the learning is really specific to your organisation and fully meets the needs of your learners.

If you have four or more people needing the same course, our tiptop trainers and facilitators can come to you for some in-company training on a date that suits you.  You may be surprised at the money you will save, not to say travelling time. Consider the in-company option. It's very effective in helping staff to develop new skills, refresh and hone existing abilities or find new ways of thinking.  And there’s a value-added bonus – by working with their colleagues, your people will discover new confidence in themselves and in each other.

If you’d like to experience for yourself whether a course would be suitable for your staff, book a place on our Open Programme. When you go on to book the same course in-company, we will refund you the open programme course fee. Just tell us when you make your in-company booking and we will arrange the refund.
