Writing courses

Whether you are a manager that has inherited web writing as part of your role or your entire team needs to practice writing publications, we have the experienced writing trainers and the courses to support you.
Personal effectiveness courses
In the workplace it's important that we work to our greatest potential, to increase productivity and to ensure we remain happy in our role. Sometimes a little boost is needed; perhaps to give us greater confidence in our role; to give us the assertiveness to speak up in meetings and appraisals; or to better manage our time and workload. This is why the Centre has created a range of personal effectiveness courses, in order to boost your confidence and skills in your role and your abilities.
Administration courses
A well prepared and supported administrator can make the difference between an organised team and a shambolic office. However the pressure of so many conflicting priorities can be overwhelming and just reacting to incoming calls and emails can seem like a never ending task. That's why the Centre has developed a collection of courses specifically designed to maximise the productivity and reduce the stress created by such eclectic jobs. All our administration courses are packed with tools and techniques that help delegates manage a busy workload and create confident and effective administrators.
