Institute of Leadership and Management

The Centre offers three courses which are accredited and certificated by the Institute of Leadership and Management.  These are: Moving into management, for people in their first management role, Moving up in management, for people who have been managing a while and want to deepen their skills and Moving from manager to leader, for people considering a role at a senior level.
 
All of these courses have been endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management and successful students receive a Certificate from the ILM on passing the course.  They are all assessed courses and, in addition to attending the two and a half day course, either at the Centre on our Open Programme, or in-house at their organisation, the student must do three short pieces of writing, demonstrating that they have understood the course content and can use it in their work practice.  Once registered for the course, the student is entitled to student membership of the ILM which allows them to take advantage of a number of learning tools.  For more information about the ILM, go to www.i-l-m.com.
