- audit of staffing and board composition
- how do you compare with other organisations in your field?
- strategies - what diversity strategies and policies do you have in place, how effective are they? Are there diversity strands in other corporate strategies? Do you work within a strategic diversity framework established for your field?
- structures - advisory groups? Communication channels e.g. diversity pages on website? Are you
- part of any external diversity networks?
- skills - Do you have dedicated staffing for diversity? Have you trained your staff? Do they understand and feel confident about the organisation's approach to diversity?
- systems - what systems and procedures do you have in place to support diversity? Are your systems generally inclusive? What about procurement?
- standards - what KPIs do you have for diversity? How do your customer care standards support inclusiveness? What accessibility standards do you have in place? Do you have diversity standards for your communications?
