• skills - Do you have dedicated staffing for diversity? Have you trained your staff? Do they understand and feel confident about the organisation's approach to diversity?
• systems - what systems and procedures do you have in place to support diversity? Are your systems generally inclusive? What about procurement?
• standards - what KPIs do you have for diversity? How do your customer care standards support inclusiveness? What accessibility standards do you have in place? Do you have diversity standards for your communications?
