We have experienced facilitators who can help you think through the issues and develop your vision and leadership strategies for diversity.

  • Put together background information and other input to inform your discussions (eg legal information)
  • Ask questions, suggest models, introduce comparator information
  • Focus on key issues, and not be sidetracked
  • Ensure everyone is engaged and making a contribution
  • Carefully challenge where necessary
  • Ensure that objectives are met
  • Draw up a report with clear action points
