This programme will help you:
- develop your understanding of equality and diversity issues, including the legal framework as well as good practice
- review your own practice in working with individuals, communities and organisations from diverse backgrounds
- develop the organisation's thinking around equality and diversity issues, which will inform the organisation's future policy and practice
- working toward inclusion and social cohesion outcomes
