Skills review 

Whether you are a large public organisation or a small charity, the skills and abilities of your staff are an essential element in achieving your organisation’smission. Your corporate strategy will set out what your organisation wants toachieve. A skill review will identify what needs to be done, who will do it,whether they are capable of achieving it and, if not, what to do about it.
