Caroline sees that her role is to facilitate learning and firmly believes that a training room should be a space where learners have the opportunity to learn and practice skills, in a safe environment. This is particularly true of management training but applies to all courses, as does the importance of having an opportunity to learn from others on the course, as well as the trainer.
Caroline likes to make her courses fun and engaging and makes sure that everyone walks away with their own action points and accountability measures, for moving forward.
As a busy L&D Manager, Caroline previously was a client of The Centre’s, accessing their many courses for her learners. Now that she is one of their consultants, she is really looking forward to delivering training on her specialist areas of learning and development, workplace skills, team building and management training.
“Caroline was heavily involved with and delivered our team away day; establishing the day met the needs of all attending and ensuring the key messages were delivered, heard and remembered. The work Caroline put in was immense and that time was reflected in the comments from colleagues afterwards. Through Caroline, the group now have the foundations and building blocks to grow the talents within the teams and to offer the best services to our customers.”
