Daljeet Singh

History and experience

Daljeet is committed to the development of the single greatest resource in any organisation or community: its people. He is the author of a book on the subject (see www.projectlifethebook.com) about becoming empowered in and developing the vocational area of life. He has also written and delivered coaching and training programmes to assist people in their pursuit of professional and personal success. 

His work spans a variety of management, education and leadership development disciplines which have ranged from delivering Franklin Covey’s '7 Habits' programme in education and teaching at FE colleges, to executive coaching at board room level.

Daljeet has held management and team leadership positions within major banks and was responsible for project management and the development of new bespoke training programmes for talent management. He was also an executive coach supporting the development of leaders, working in conflict resolution and stress management.

Daljeet has worked as an independent coach and consultant since 2012. During this time he wrote his book and developed his training methodology to assist in the areas of career development. His method was written into the Project Life Young Leaders programme for learners at a London FE College. Through this programme, struggling learners were empowered with a clarity of focus and encouraged to use their natural skills to develop entrepreneurial ventures. His method has also been used at boardroom level to clarify and develop corporate mission statements and objectives, in order to to shape the cultures of those organisations and ensure the best out of their people. He has provided mentorship and coaching to senior leadership in the third sector, as well as in a voluntary capacity to disadvantaged young people.

Daljeet holds an BEng from the Queen Mary University, is an accredited coach (AC & ILM) and is a trained Demartini Method Facilitator. The Demartini Method (cognitive methodology) and has developed new scientific tools to realise potential and maximise performance.


Daljeet has worked with the corporate sector including major banks, the education sector through FE colleges and the third sector. As well as private individuals and entrepreneurs.

Training style

Daljeet takes a coaching approach to delivering training, making sessions interactive in order to ensure trainee engagement and to encourage open and honest communication. He takes the approach that each individual has unique insight into their own circumstances.  He is an advocate for interactive and self-directed learning which has the greatest and most lasting impact.

He also facilitates some of our management ladder courses: including Moving into management: taking on your first management role and Moving up in management: extending your management skills.

Daljeet also runs bespoke in-house training as well as team awaydays.

Daljeet offers coaching in leadership development, career development, stress management, personal and professional development. He draws on a range of tools and methodologies to ensure a fluid and adaptive approach, fitting the coaching experience to the needs of the client. Through this approach, self-directed learning can occur in a way that accounts for individual circumstances, strengths and challenges.
