History and experience
Daljeet is committed to the development of the single greatest resource in any organisation or community: its people. His “People First” approach to training results in greater engagement with his areas of speciality. He is an author, and is currently writing his second book. Daljeet holds a BEng from Queen Mary University, is an accredited coach, holds qualifications in NLP, the Demartini method (a cognitive methodology), and has developed original tools to realise potential and maximise performance.
He has held management and executive coaching positions within major banks and was responsible for the development of new bespoke training programmes for talent management.
Daljeet has worked internationally as an independent coach and consultant since 2012. He delivers executive coaching to CEO’s and facilitates conversations for board members. He writes and delivers bespoke programs for corporate audiences and government departments. He has also delivered seminars to PhD students at international universities, and developed programs for students in disadvantaged areas as well as rehabilitation of youth in the criminal justice system.
Daljeet’s clients span a broad range of industries including premier league football clubs, international medical agencies, government, the gaming industry, media and PR organisations, the education sector through FE colleges and universities, and the third sector. Internationally, Daljeet has worked with government innovation departments, the technology sector and universities.
Daljeet takes a coaching approach to delivering training, making sessions interactive in order to ensure trainee engagement and to encourage open and honest communication. He takes the approach that each individual has unique insight into their own circumstances, and uses that as the foundation for further development.
Daljeet facilitates a range of management and leadership courses including: Negotiation, Influencing skills, Coaching skills for managers, Creative thinking and innovation toolkit, Managing change, Communication skills, Developing your personal brand, and Moving up in management: extending your management skills.
He also facilitates positive psychology courses including: Developing a growth mindset for success, Building personal resilience and beating stress, NLP, Mindfulness at work, Increasing performance with positive psychology, and Developing positive psychology.
