History and experience
Duncan Lewin is an experienced facilitator focused on training people in management and finance skills. He holds a degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University and has completed over five years of coaching qualifications, specialising in emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
He has worked at Deloitte, Interpublic and IMG Sports, before moving into running a private consulting practice, delivering training and coaching . He has also worked in a number of international teams alongside colleagues from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the US.
He enjoys helping people examine belief systems, understanding the thinking patterns that can block us from handling feedback, conflict and assertiveness in the workplace.
Clients include both private sector (Accenture, BT, Fullers, Canary Wharf Group) and public sector organisations (HMRC, Treasury, BBC).
Duncan likes to produce challenging, thought-provoking courses that engage delegates and help people take new perspectives on situations. He is particularly versed in facilitating the sharing of experience and encouraging reflection from participants.
