Gareth is an experienced facilitator who can adapt his style according to group size (from over 100 to one to one sessions) and levels of experience (from CEOs to Apprentices).
Although his sessions are based on the latest learning theory and his own experience; he believes that it is crucial that delegates are able to use their knowledge in practice. He does this by ensuring his sessions are interactive, engaging and motivational.
“Gareth is supportive and brings insight and ideas to situations and discussions.”
“Gareth demonstrated a high level of quality in facilitating various training programs. He possesses the ‘can do’ attitude while creating a positive energy. His personality and engaging personal style enabled him to interact easily.”
