Lucy Whitehall

History and experience

Lucy is experienced in training, consultancy, and one to one coaching within a range of industries and sectors. She has been facilitating training with the Centre on both Individual programme and Group training courses.

As a professional Coach, Lucy works one to one with leaders, managers and entrepreneurs; helping them to identify their personal values, strengths and goals and supporting them to achieve these goals. Her coaching style is grounded in the science of Positive Psychology.

Lucy also offers a wealth of experience and knowledge around employee wellbeing. Prior to launching her own business, Lucy worked with companies in the commercial and third sector, establishing wellbeing strategies that helped employees flourish and businesses succeed. 17 years of business development experience has given her expert insight into getting the best out of people in the workplace, which has led her to support a range of organisations in developing and implement successful employee wellbeing programs.

Lucy’s clients are primarily individuals who are looking for structured, one to one support to live their best possible life. In addition, she works with professional services, benevolent associations and mid-large corporations to get the most out of their people through employee wellbeing programs. This often involves designing and delivering bespoke workshops and training courses.

Training style

Lucy creates an environment of collaboration, support and trust during her workshops. Delegates and clients report that her engaging style blends scientific theory and research with practical real-life solutions. Lucy is inclusive and curious which enables delegates to relax and immerse themselves in experiential learning.
