History and experience

Nike specialises in communication, engagement and wellbeing. Her focus is on supporting individuals, teams and organisations to uncover their unique strengths and points of difference. To embrace diversity and to achieve results that are both successful and sustainable.

She is an accomplished consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach. She is also an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor.

Nike draws on a 20-year career in Brand, Marketing and Communications - across Media, Telecoms, Healthcare, Finance, Recruitment, Civil Service and Non-profit sectors. Before she was a consultant she held senior level corporate positions, as well as extensive work within innovation consultancies and design agencies.


Nike is most proud of her work with individuals, start-ups and small businesses. She has also worked with a wide range of established brands and organisations, including: Virgin Media, Virgin Unite, National Grid, Acas, Brunel University, T-Mobile, EMAP Publishing, BT, Barclaycard and British Gas.

Training style

Nike’s is known for her warmth and energy. Her style is creative, practical and hands-on. Whether training, coaching or facilitating, she supports people to grow their skills and confidence. Her goals are to make complex things simple and to facilitate fresh ideas and capabilities. Her ambition for every event is that participants come away with a new-found or rekindled enthusiasm for their subject.

Nike’s work as a counsellor adds a unique perspective. She works mindfully and in an empathic, attuned and unconditionally positive way. Supporting people to feel equipped and motivated.
