History and Experience
Nitin has worked in the Civil Service, Local Government, and four housing associations, over a period of 30 years. He has a vision of success in all endeavours.
Currently he is Chair at Apna Ghar Housing Association which was set up to meet the housing needs of Asian people with disabilities. He has held positions at every level in housing, acquiring a diverse range of experience.
At ease in all types of settings, he has consistently ensured that he gets the best results. His training is based on achievements gained through first-hand experience at board, middle and senior management, and frontline levels. Nitin has a unique skill in taking complex subjects and making them applicable in a practical manner to work situations.
With a post graduate qualification in management, Nitin has over 20 years training experience gained in operations, open and bespoke programmes and consultancy. Innovative in various fields, he constantly tries out new approaches and focuses on encouraging people to achieve their own levels of excellence.
Nitin has a post graduation degree in management, is a qualified assessor for the Business Excellence Model, and was trained in accelerated training with the Pacific Institute.
Working directly with a variety of organisations and groups has enabled Nitin to be responsive to the end user’s needs, which will always remain the main focus of his training and consultancy projects.
Nitin has worked with clients in a range of sectors covering management, housing, governance and other subjects. His diverse clients have included Software companies, NHS Trusts, Councils, Housing Associations, John Lewis, and The American Embassy.

Using a learner centred approach, Nitin uses a mixture of methods to ensure active participation. This ensures different learning styles and preferences are met during a session.
Constant encouragement and support ensures learners feel they can do it themselves, however this means challenging each other as well.
