Sally is the Centre's Director of Learning and Development and has been with us for nine years. Sally specialises in Human Resource Development and oversees all of our management development programmes and consultancy projects, ensuring that the right trainers and approaches are used for every bespoke project that we deliver.
Jodie is the Centre's Head of Operations and works alongside our L&D Director to develop and implement our business strategy. She is responsible for the effective management and leadership of the organisation with a focus on managing training events held at the Centre and overseeing the effective marketing of the Centre brand.
Jess is the Centre's Office Manager. She is responsible for all aspects of office management at the Centre including administrative tasks supporting the rest of the team, and the preparation of all materials for forthcoming training courses.
Nadira is the Centre's Training Project Manager. Whether it's a one-off awayday for a senior management team or a rolling programme for all staff, Nadira will work with you to make sure you get the most from your training.
Ellis is the Centre’s Marketing Executive. As well as working on general day-to-day marketing and social media activities, Ellis is responsible for looking after projects and campaigns such as the Charity of the Year award.
Michaela is the Centre’s Training and Sales assistant. Her role includes supporting the training coordinators and ensuring all materials and logistics for group training workshops are taken care of effectively and delivered safely to our clients’ venues.
Jahanara is the Centre's morning receptionist. You will find Jahanara warmly greeting you when you walk through the Centre door or at the end of our phone. She enjoys a challenge - helping our clients with enquiries and questions over the phone and via email.
Gill is a communications professional with 25 years consultancy and in-house experience in the public relations industry. Gill is one of the staff trainers and specialises in the areas of communication and administration.
