History and experience
Salma Shah is a business psychologist who, after a long successful career in the I.T. sector covering consultancy, business development, and account management, decided to change tracks and re-gain her passion for psychology and people dynamics in the workplace.
She has since worked with a wide portfolio of clients with a global reach, enabling her to experience diverse and innovative approaches that allow for inclusion and different approaches at work.
Salma’s goal and philosophy is to support people so they can live authentic, more productive lives and to foster genuine commitment, essential to building thriving teams and organisation. She is personally committed to learning from multiple perspectives and leveraging differences.
She specialises in inclusive leadership, integrating the cross-cultural dimension into coaching and development, excellence in teams and diversity. Through work, and for pleasure, she has travelled the world working with different cultures in Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia.
Salma has written several articles for publications aimed at HR, Finance and IT leaders.

With a background of consultancy and business development, Salma has a solid track record of working with high performance teams in both private and public sector organisations. Salma covers a wide range of courses for the Centre focusing on management, leadership and personal effectiveness. She has also written and developed a range of courses in partnership with the Centre. These include: Diversity training, Unconscious bias, Cultural intelligence, Developing a successful personal brand and Women in leadership.
