History and Experience
With more than two decades of senior leadership experience in the public sector, Tracy is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to be at their best. With a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology, Tracy brings a unique perspective to development through a strengths based approach to unlocking potential.
Tracy has held roles at every level in the learning and development arena, including course design, delivery, evaluation and training for trainers. She has led award winning diversity programmes that transformed the workplace inclusion agenda, driven forward ground breaking initiatives to embed values across organisations to support significant culture change, and facilitated impactful workshops for a wide range of clients from senior leaders in the emergency services to teenagers dealing with chronic illness.
Tracy is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach; a certified workplace mediator, assessor and mental health first aider; and qualified to administer a number of psychometrics profiles including Myers Briggs Type Inventory, MSCET Emotional Intelligence and strengths based 360 degree feedback.
Tracy has also been a volunteer for a number of charities for over 30 years, with roles from youth mentor to manager of the events team for a social movement to improve individual, workplace and community wellbeing.
Tracy has a genuine commitment to her own development as well as that of others, and her love of learning shines through in the authentic way she interacts with her clients. She creates an environment where people feel safe to be themselves and so truly thrive, and her facilitation style reflects her top character strengths: open-mindedness, bravery, honesty, modesty and humour.
