What are Bite-size Workshops?

The Centre’s Bite-size Workshops are 90 minute training seminars that are focused on one specific topic. Our workshops are powerful, motivational and dynamic - providing delegates with skills they can use straight away.

These Bite-size Workshops are designed for up to 25 delegates and cost from as little as £45 per person. You can pick and choose the topics you want to cover and the workshops are delivered at your convenience - at your offices and at a time to suit your team.

We can run up to three workshops a day so a variety of topics can be covered in a short space of time. That way you get the exact skills you need for your workforce. Plus, the more workshops you book the more cost-effective these become.

Why the Centre?

The Centre has been delivering affordable and effective training to organisations for over 20 years.

In-company training courses

As well as our Bite-size Workshops, we offer a huge range of one and two day training courses that can be delivered at your offices.

These training courses cover more complex subjects in much more depth and are delivered in smaller groups, usually 4-12 delegates, so every individual gets one-to-one attention. It gives colleagues a real chance to bond and talk about their work in a positive and constructive environment whilst remaining in familiar surroundings.
