Our December winter workshop

This December we decked the halls, prepared the cheese board and invited our clients to the Centre for an evening of learning and festive celebrations at our annual winter Bite-size workshop.

For this year’s session, our trainer Russell Caird shared his wealth of experience and knowledge with our clients in his workshop on ‘How to maximise the impact of Learning and Development in an organisation’.

The session highlighted the importance of connecting with staff to build a positive culture in the workplace. Jam-packed with activities, our clients were able to take a hands-on approach to assess the factors needed to build a high performing business, and how clarifying focus and ambition will make their actions most effective.

Our clients joined us for the evening from a variety of organisations from different sectors, including Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, Splash Damage, Thames Valley Housing and the Teenage Cancer Trust.

It was a fantastic evening and a great opportunity for our team at the Centre to speak to our clients, and for our clients to experience one of our Bite-size workshops.

Here at the Centre, we run free workshops throughout the year for our new and existing clients. If you’re interested in attending our next event, get in touch with us at reception@the-centre.co.uk or chat to a member of our team on 020 7490 3030.
