Our Leading with authenticity course, aimed at senior managers, will enhance your leadership performance by tapping into your individual characteristics, values and competences.

This one-day Leadership training course provides the opportunity to explore effective styles of leadership and their impact, the markers of outstanding leadership and the personal characteristics and values that define your authenticity. It offers an excellent chance to reflect on your experience with others with a mixed peer group, to share approaches and challenges, and increase your impact and effectiveness as a leader.

This course takes place at the Centre's Central London training suite with easy access to tube and mainline rail stations.

Leading with authenticity helps to enhance your authority, both within your organisation and beyond. This senior management training course prioritises a high-level understanding of the dynamics of leadership, organisational culture and personal values and the effective use of story-telling to underpin confident communication.

Who is this course for?
This Leading with authenticity training course is specifically targeted at senior managers and chief executives who have at least three years' experience, with direct responsibility for managing both people and resources. It will be helpful, though not essential, to have attended either the Centre's Moving up in management or Manager to leader course.
The Centre works with people from all sectors including the public sector, voluntary sector, corporate sector and private sector.
What will this course help me do: learning outcomes?
After this leadership training course you will have a better understanding of the dynamics of leadership and effective leadership styles. You will gain an enhanced understanding of your own leadership attributes and the key skills/competences that enhance your impact. You will improve your leadership capacity and authority by drawing on your experience, organisational and interpersonal understanding and better appreciation of your own values and impact.
