Wellbeing 101: understanding stress and resilience

We don't think anyone could have predicted the past year and undoubtedly, it's impacted our wellbeing, our routines, our happiness. This 30 minute Cuppa Series session aims to explore what stress is and how we can all take small steps towards enhancing our resilience. During the webinar we will explore: the importance of routine and positive daily habits; recognising the symptoms of stress; what is resilience and how we can develop this; nutrition, hydration and sleep; practical steps to make working in isolation easier.
