This course is designed to help you recruit the right person for the job and build a diverse and competent workforce for your organisation.

This in-house course is tailored to your own recruitment procedures and will enable your managers to manage recruitment in a timely and professional manner. They will develop the skills and confidence they need to recruit the right person for the job.

The course combines training sessions with practical tools and hands-on practice. Video and feedback are also used to help delegates improve their interview technique.

Who is this course for?

The course is suitable for anyone who is responsible for recruiting staff including assessing talent and conducting interviews. It is of equal benefit to those new to recruitment, and to those with some experience. The Centre works with people from all sectors including the public sector, voluntary sector, corporate sector and private sector.
