Our Time management training course for administrators look at what time management means and explores the key tools for managing our time. Participants are encouraged to keep a diary for a short period before the course and we will use this to analyse strengths and weaknesses. There are a range of practical tips, tools and techniques to help you prioritise and use your time effectively as well as managing your paperwork and workstation. There is time for sharing experiences with others through open, group discussions, and you will consider practical, real-life examples with suggested solutions. This course is not designed to sell you an expensive 'time management system' - just lots of practical ideas and skills which really do make a difference.

This course takes place at the Centre's Central London training suite with easy access to tube and mainline rail stations.

- practising prioritising tasks and gaining confidence about doing this

- how to deal with interruptions and be able to control calls - incoming and outgoing

Participants are asked to keep a diary for a couple of days before the course, and to bring it along with them for assessment.

This Time management for administrators training is designed for everyone who needs help with their time management but feels they haven’t got time to find it. In one practical, skills-based course you will learn how to take control of your time and use it as effectively as you would like. This course is suitable for administrators and all other office staff who struggle with a heavy workload. The Centre works with people from all sectors including the public sector, voluntary sector, corporate sector and private sector.
