Laura McMillan

Laura has over 10 years experience as a Learning and Development professional and is a skilled trainer and coach.  She has held management positions in the voluntary sector and now works as a consultant across all sectors. Laura has recently undertaken L&D projects for an investment bank, a large utilities company and the DCMS (Department for Culture, Media and Sport).

Laura enjoys helping organisations and individuals achieve their potential and specialises is personal effectiveness, management development and business writing.

Laura holds a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education specialising in adult learning) and is a qualified Performance Coach.
